till now he could not speak but he told a-z and 1 - 20 letters also donot eat rice is there any problems face in future please give me suggestions

you could take him to a paediatric speech therapist and get an evaluation done.
There are numerous potential reasons for a speech delay/disorder and a professional will be able to lead you in the right direction.

By three years of age the child should start to speak. After three years it is speech delay.
Consult your doctor for the same as he will guide you with some therapies which will help ur child to speak properly and fluently
