as your child is 5 months old,it is advisable to breastfeed your child as per his or her needs.
after completion of 6 months age ,you can start to give semisolid food to your child.
but till that please stick to Breastfeeding.
please don't give anything to eat and drink other than breast milk and needed medicines till 6 months age.
