this week only I missed period and I am pregnant but..i having stomach ache alot especially while passing stool? what is the problem

Are you facing any issue of hard motion or constipation because then you have to apply a lot of pressure which actually can lead to tummyache and if everything is good the motion is fine but still you’re having tummy pain I think it’s a good time for you to visit your gynaecologist for further assistance
