This was like a dot 5 days ago now it is spreading like this. what is this? and also please suggest remedies

If it is spreading like it then maybe this is some allergy or infection that is spreading on to the body or any other part of the body you will have to have an assessment with your doctor in order to know better about it and you can treat your child according to that
