This type of red dots on kid foot and hands .Also inside mouth redness What would be the reason Anything serious issue? Please tell me

SanthoshiMom of a 8 yr old girl8 months agoA. If the child is affected by fever, cold and cough few months back and taking more medicine these kind of indication may come. This indication shows due to some kind of ulcer which will reflect in the body. This will disappear on its own, if these kind of mark spreads further more you may contact your nearest doctor.
