this type of rashes is normal or any medicine I should use for it

These are heat rashes and in such case you should definitely consult with your doctor about it because your doctor can only advise you well after examining baby. You should not apply any sort of medication on your baby’s face till it is not advised by doctors of first consult with your doctor about it
