Q.

this is the second month after my normal delivery...can i lift small weights and start workout little by little..or should i take rest for 1 more month?

A. here than for more guidance you discuss with your doctor and he will clear all the further queries and you will be gibgven all the relevant guidance and information required which you can follow ......

A. Hi You just wait for at least three months completion after that you can start with mild exercises what is most important is that you should physically feel fit strengthen and you know fit to exercise so you can start with mild exercises and gradually you can increase it but don’t go for any dieting please
