this is my second pregnancy, I did not get breast milk for my first child, is there any diet suggested to start before delivery to get BM

A. no diet to be taken before delivery to have proper breast milk and it is advisable to consult your local doctor for proper examination and if it is need for appropriate investigations in this regard and far proper management of the problem

A. hi parent take supplements as suggested by your doctor use simply purified water having tds higher than 350 take sunbathing daily get more probiotics and seasonal fruits in your diet
