this is for my 3 months old son he has got this white color near his eyes. is this normal or shud I get it checked?

This kind of white spot or daughter is basically due to dryness in the skin so you can check with your doctor and can apply any good cream or lotion on this this is going to be beneficial and also for better clarity there’s anything else that is associated with this the doctors have to examine and accordingly they can give you a confirmation on the issue that is there
