This apper to my 3.5old . what to apply on it? Why it appears.

A. Tbact ointment you can apply it as a dedicated one you can find it at a pharmacy store always keep it handy for wounds and scratches for the child so this you can apply and also if needed please visit your doctor to know what exactly is the problem
