These kinds of acne are happening very frequently on the leg, hands and back.

A. Looks more like mosquito bite I think which is why they are just looking like a small pimple developing into that area which is completely red further I think it would be good that you apply coconut oil and do get it checked with your doctor to have a clear understanding about the issue that’s there
