there is some rashes found on her face, can I get the reason and how to get rid of it . ( picture already attached)

A. It’s looking like a rash only because of heat or something we cannot give you the exact exact reason associated with the problem without a physical assessment of the child so it’s going to be good if you get it examined with your doctor at least you have 100% sure about what problem is and what is going to be the solution to that
