There is small red acne type thing on his leg. Is this allergy or mosquito bite ? Also advice what should I do?

U Have not posted any picture along with your query so I really I am not able to understand whether it is an allergy or it is a mosquito bite you please get a check with your paediatrician in person or you post a picture after that only I can help you with it
