there is mulk duck in my one breast and my nipple and areolas hurts and burns during and aftr breastfeeding? is it because of milk duct? applied coconut oil and nipcare cream a lot ..it gave relied for sometime but again starts hurting..it continued till one month got some aftr relief aftr a month and again started hurting..

hello mum. Rinse the breast after each feeding with water to reduce the risk of infection. 
Apply a cold pack to numb the injured area before nursing. Cold can help dull the pain.
