Q.
the weight of my baby is not at All increasing. it's stable for almost 4 months. my baby is 1.4 months old. she is 9.4 kg. give me suggestions to increase weight

ExpertDr. Minal AcharyaNutritionist4 years agoA. Dear parent, if your baby is active, playful and achieving all growth milestones then do not worry.
For healthy weight gain, give homemade balanced diet having variety of food groups especially seasonal fruits and vegetables even green leafy vegetables. At least 500 ml of full cream top milk including milk products like curd, paneer, cheese. Breastfeed till 2 years. Add powdered nuts like almonds to baby’s food. You can give eggs and non veg foods. Add ghee to every meal.
