the skin becomes red dry and cracks are seen on my child upper lip as well as lips.

A. In winters the skin dies tend to become more dryer than usual. keep the skin moisturized in order to keep dryness away. you can try applying atogla lotion or cetaphil lotion. both are good. depends on what suits your baby's skin type. apply immediately after bath as it gets locked into the skin at this stage.
