the motion is lite green colour and doing for 4 to 5 times a day

A. yes it is normal dear, yes, yellow, mustard yellow, Orange,green, dark green, brown are normal color variations in babies stool.. the important is the consistency of it.. if the stool is paste like, soft, & baby is putting on weight green poop is not necesssarily a cause for concern. thanks.
