Dr Vandan H KumarFather of a 7 yr 4 m old boy2 years agoA. kindly give syrup allegra 3.5 ml twice daily and syrup asthalin 5 ml twice daily.
give nasal saline drops in the nasal cavity every 3 hourly and give indirect steam inhalationz. if the child doesn't improve in next two and a half days then kindly meet your doctor and give warm water to drink.
give homez remedies like tulsi ginger honey and turmeric with milk.

POOJA KOTHARIMom of a 8 yr 5 m old boy2 years agoA. PULMOCLEAR SYRUP is a combination of Acebrophylline, Guaiphenesin and Terbutaline which belongs to the group of medicines called Bronchodilators, Expectorants and Beta agonists respectively. PULMOCLEAR SYRUP is used to treat cough with mucus.
