Q.

the body tempreture of my 2.5yr baby is always 97.00 to 98.00.Any problem?

A. it is normal for the baby. Paracetamol should be given for fever 3 to 4 times in a day . Steam can be given 2 to 3 times if there is cough and cold . Give more of water or ORS to baby . If condition remain same for more then 2 days then consult a doctor

Q. #asktheexpert how to change the baby sleep schedule? my daughter used to sleep at 12:00-1:00 in the night and have good sleep till morning 10:00 - 11:00. But from last 1.5 months she is sleeping around 3:30-4:00 and waking up around 1:30-2:30. So here entire schedule is getting messed up.
