Q.

The area around nipple (areola) has some pimple like,which I noticed for the time. also there are some white spots on breast which I has given me unrest. please advise

A. if you feel any pain and heaviness you can ask your doctor once get it examined by your gynecologist for cracks or other thing you can use nipcare cream it is very helpful and effective and for a few days avoid breast feeding your baby directly if you feel the pain is swear
