Lovleena MishraMom of 2 children3 years agoA. Are you talking about diaper rashes? For diaper rashes, use an ointment that has zinc oxide in it. Change diapers every 2-3 hours and as soon as the baby poops. Wash the diaper area with a cotton ball soaked in warm water. Give some diaper free time to the baby. In case of other rashes on the body, is it some kind of acne?
