Best way to prevent children from current situation is to maintain healthy eating habits and include Vitamin C rich foods like orange, mausambi, kiwi, pineapple, papaya, guava, broccoli, green leafy vegetables, carrots, tomato, etc. Maintain personal hygiene and cleanliness in the surroundings. Do not let him interact with people going outside and wash his hands and toys regularly.
