Dr Sameer awadhiyaGuardian of 2 children4 years agoA. most of the time smile from the mouth comes because of the the tongue which is not clean or maybe because of some infection in the tooth so it needs proper evaluation

Hi If you do not maintain proper oral hygiene then kids can definitely have found smile into the mouth so it’s very important that you start brushing your child’s teeth twice a day once in the morning and once in the night before you put your child to sleep and always your child should gargle or have a good amount of water after a meal
