ExpertNiharika PandeyPediatric Dentist3 years agoA. Hi it's okay.. babies can get their first milk teeth anytime from 6 months upto the age of 18 months.. keep checking for the signs of teething such as soarness and itching in the gums

Sai Prasanthi R LMom of a 11 yr 9 m old boy3 years agoA. Hello dear parent! Teething can start as early as 4th month and continue until 18 months in few babies. Give your baby 3 meals and water along with daily breastfeeding. Use Babyhug teethers for your baby. Good luck and take care
