tears/water comes out from one of the eye of a three and a half months old babysometimes is it normal or we should concern a doctor

A. hi parent it could be because of multiple reasons please consult your pediatrician i ordered to investigate the cause and to ger it treated take sunbathing daily with her head and ears covered in the morning
