Taking un cooked vegetables juice is good for feeding mother and baby??

A. yes, you can have it. Take high protein contain food like- Milk and ghee and, grains, oat meals, cereals, pulses, dry fruit, fresh fruits, vegetables, like methi, carrot, garlic, Bottle Gourds, beetroot, spinach.

A. hi yes you can take it it is ok no problem but take it in moderation. you can drink carrots juice , spinach juice , Amala juice etc
