A. Hello mam A two year old can have normal home cooked food Fruits, dry fruits, paneer, sprouts, different dals, rajma; chana, chola, soya bean, oats, ragi, quinoa, different seeds like flaxseeds or pumpkin seeds, egg, green vegetables, cheese, butter and ghee should be included in their diet Seeds can be given in form of dates dry fruits and seed ladoo or as trail mix with dark chocolate Fruit or dry fruit smoothie can also be given

Hi mommy Offer different varieties of food fruits vegetable pulses whole grains milk products in different shape colours patterns to make meal more interesting children are fussy eater at this age its all normal and common you can give food in puree liquid form or give some juice soup milkshake etc Give three meal and two snacks Do tummy time and cycling movement of legs Maintain hygiene Give seasonal fruits vegetables cereals etc

A. You can give the baby oats, khichdi, rava halwa, fruits and vegetables, the baby is at a growing stage and will start adapting the food you feed to him so start the day with good food.
