suddenly my 8 month old is vomitting a lot, any serious concern

Emset you can give and you should continue giving ORS water to the child which is what is going to be important because such severe vomiting is happening your child is going to be hydrated so continue with the water and please visit your doctor soon as maybe that’s some issue they can help you with proper medicines to follow
