Suddenly I saw a wound near my son's stomach..what could it be?

A. Mam your child got hurt without a proper checkup we cannot tell you what is that wound associated with you’ll have to get examined with your doctor because without a physical assessment and knowing the details about the child it’s very difficult to say what the reason
