Q.
Suddenly fear of bath is developed for my baby. He tries to get out of the bath tub crying . What could be the reason ?

you can either divert the child or youd can talk with the child to change the habit.
many times by regular negative feedback mechanism you will be unablex to change the habit of the child.
you can take help of your pediatrician .
