Q.

Storing and reusing breastmilk. I am travelling for 10+ hours. Exclusive pumping feed. How do i take care of my lo during travel? How to store breastmilk and reuse it during travel? Ice packs useful? Can i feed it cold from the ice to my lo? Or, should i keep it out for some hours before feeding her?

A. hello you should keep it out for sometime 2 at normal temperature no need to worry some cold can be given if you are travelling some of the changes in diet is normal
