Dr GhouseGuardian of 3 children1 Year agoA. ok. small babies will be having lot of gas because of various reasons it is advisable to do burping of the baby immediately after feeding please give colimex DF drops to the baby they are safe x

Bonnisan five drops you can give one time and maximum four times in the day this is the basic medicine that you can use this is going to be good for stomach pain gas and also constipation issues so keep it handy it’s a very important medication that you should have
