There are numerous reasons for a speech delay/disorder and a professional will be able to lead you in the right direction.

expecting fluency at this stage of age is too early
wait till age of 5 years
if problem continue after age of 5 years,you have to consult speech therapist
please limit your child screen time
correct your child repeating word after your child
