AnupamFather of a 3 yr 10 m old girl3 years agoA. Hi,
I had the following during the first three months and still following :
Breakfast - Idli with chutney. Avoid sambhar initially as it is made of Toor Dal.
Lunch - Any gourd vegetable like Ridge gourd - Peerkangai, Ash gourd - white pushnikai, Snake gourd - pudalangai, Beetroot, carrot. You can have kootu or curry alternatively. Add moong dal instead of toor or chana dal. Rasam and Curd can be taken. Preferably Boiled Rice and Chappati, if you prefer, to reduce amount of rice. If you like Paneer, do have it frequently as it is important to have protein rich diet. Have everything hot. You can slightly warm the curd too.
Do have fruits like Pomegranate, apples, oranges around 11 am if it suits you. Having a nutritious meal is very important than having only rice and selected vegetables.
Eat dates, walnut, badam.
Hope this helps.
