sour smell in my 1 month old baby poop..is it normal to pass stool at 4 times at night with sour smell?

A. yes it s absolutely normal for baby.breast milk is the complete nutrition to baby till first six months of age also it contains natural antibodies for baby immunity against infections and best for digestion .
