Some my son doesn’t take his meal he want biscuits or any thing else so what healthy option I can give

A. Hello mom as they are growing and getting exposure to many foods they tend to behave like that . You can opt for atta or millet based biscuits , roasted Makhanas , puffed rice , wheat bread , sandwiches , Bengal gram roasted , fruits etc m

A. child should be having home prepared 3 meals other than that 2 healthy snacks avoid biscuits it is unhealthy give ready to eat option like multi grain mathri, puffed rice, roasted chana, makhana, multi grain laddu
