small white pimples type is cmng on face some are red pimples what to do I use chicco soap and sebamed

A. Hi mommy Maintain hygiene Maintain hydration Give ultra D3 drops and calcium supplements Burp well after evey feeding by holdimg your baby in straight right position and wait for burping atleat ten minutes Consult with your doctor in person for proepr physical examination and treatment
