small red bumps on face and head what can be the reason and how to cure???

A. Red Colour Rash over the body if present could be some allergy rashes which may be of sudden onset along with itching. or it could be viral exanthematous rash where the tghe onset of rashes is there along with fever or assosiated symptoms. and it could be some infection also which needs proper examination. Application of calamine lotion or Anti itch lotion like Ritch lotion can be done for soothing along with antiallergic medications initially.

A. Atogla cream you can apply as of now that’s a very good solution to the problem this is probably due to heat in the weather and in the body because this kind of thing is very commonly seen with kids in an early age so this is what you can use for the time being
