A. baby is 7 months Sleep patterns varies among babies it will take time for the sleep cycle to set maintain calm and warm environment turn off the lights massage the baby gently to sleep feed before bed

A. Hai good evening!! On an average seven months old baby should have 13- 16 hours sleep. mid morning nap after bath, afternoon nap, night eight to ten hours sleep. Sleep impacts growth harmone. Regular massage, tummy full feed (sufficient feed) , proper ventilation helps in inducing sleep.
