#asktheexperts I am mother of 7 months old boy, my menstrual cycle started now Does milk supply decrease when menstrual cycle start after delivery?

A. Hello there ma’am please do not worry about it too much and as per my opinion it is a myth and mothers breast milk doesn’t decrease after periods and please have more green leaves vegetables and fruits and dairy products. Also have shatavari powder with cow milk twice a day for better breast milk . Thanks and take care
