siry 2 months baby boy is suffering with gastric problem and constipation daily he crying a lot when passing gas or motion and he can't sleep night time daily crying alot I'm using colic drops , digestive enzyme drops but he can't pass motion 4days onwards what can I do pls suggest me he have any problem in stomach?

A. this is common in babies It is quite natural small babies will be having lot of gas and there will be pain in stomach also please do burping of the baby after feeding give Colicaid drops 0.5 ml 3 times a day this is safe medicine
