Q.

Sir we are giving buffalo milk to our baby for 14 months and it should be more milk and less water or else we don't know if you should have more milk and less milk can you tell me a little

A. Namaste Mom , You may try first with 2:1 ratio of water and milk and later to 1:1 ratio and gradually to just the milk would be good idea, as buffalo milk is high in fat , compared to cows milk which is almost similar to mothers milk

A. The basic proportion to start with to add about 20 to 30% of water in the entire milk that you are giving and that’s what you can offer and start with least amount to see how well is your child accepting and digesting the milk and that’s how you can continue with it
