Sir pufiness is observed below eyes of my baby when she wakes up in the morning

A. In this here it is very difficult to comment properly until a proper examination or assessment is done to find out the exact cause guuso it is advisable to consult your doctor so that he could examine and evaluate properly and will guide you accordingly for thisg .
