sir plz suggest any supplement for breast milk as my son is not taking it directly from breast so I want some supplements so that I could express milk with the help of pump

A. Shatavari powder is going to be a good choice for you you can take it three times in the day with milk or whatever whatever is suitable to you and that is going to be a good thing that would really help a lot in boosting up your lactation for the child
