NikithaMom of a 10 yr 9 m old boy1 Year agoA. hello some kids are slow weight gainer and if the baby is active then it is usually not a problem and make sure to give a well balance food in the diet and include fruits and vegetable and green if you vegetable dry fruit and dairy product which can help in the growth of the child
