Sir my son 10 months old occasionally holds his private part esp during breastfeeding and while falling asleep is there any need to worry

The child is basically gotten into this awful habit of holding its private part and you should make your child wear underwear or typer all the time so that your child has not hold it is not a good habit and your child is getting into it now you really need to put a talk to it
