it is better to consult your pediatrician as it needs physical examination.
please don't try any homemade remedies for this.
just dress your child in loose fitting cotton clothes.
keep that area clean and dry.
you can apply thin layer of coconut oil or Cetaphil lotion on it.
maintain good hygiene.
