Try giving little honey after giving medicine to the child as it will change the taste of tongue and also give ORS to maintain electrolyte balance in the bossy and coconut water avoid giving milk give light to digest foods

If you’re child is still having vomiting and fever it would be advisable for you to get it checked with your doctor only they will help you with the right medicine to be given to the child yet if you want you can give emset for vomiting to your child and calpol  for fever further more you should check with your doctor itself
