Sir, my daughter is 3 months old and weighs 4.5 kgs?? is she underweight?? what should i do to increase her weight??

A. hello baby weight is fine not a problem and please note that baby gaining a minimum of 600 grams to 800 grams per month isa good weight meaning baby is getting sufficient breast milk if not then give baby infant formula milk stage 1 using a bpa free bottle like Babyhug
