Q.

Sir, my daughter is 14 month old. she does not eat anything hard. we have to grind every hard food in milk and then use sieve to remove anything hard. After that she drink with use of spoon. we try to give bread, other hard food also, but she take it in mouth and throw it. please help.

A. the habit of increasing the food as well as consistency of the food should be gradual it is advisable to continue your efforts in feeding the child. many times it take more efforts from the parents to make the child eat nutritious food. so kindly go for different recipes and flavours which might improve the appetite of the child. At the same time it is also important to meet your doctor to rule out nutritional deficiency which might be the cause of loss of appetite. Give juice fruits and water which will improve appetite and regular physical activity.
